Yes it's the same man.
I was on my way up to him to ask him if he minded me taking a few natural shots of him fishing in the local area. I had to get past all the seagulls first he must have thought I was flippen made because I was stomping my feet making them fly off while holding a camera taking shots in one hand and an umbrella in the other. After I told him what I was doing he gave a big smile and he would be my model
